Payment Methods

PIKA accepts all payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, our secure checkout provider. This page explains how you can pay and how your payment information is protected.

Accepted payment methods

At checkout, you can pay using any of the following, subject to availability in your region and on your device:

  • Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Other accelerated and local payment options offered through Shopify Payments at checkout

The full list of available options is shown on the checkout page. If a method you use isn't listed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

When you're charged

Payment is authorized and captured at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be completed.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its authorized payment partners. All transactions are encrypted and handled in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. PIKA does not see or store your full card number. Your card details are handled directly by the payment processor.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and state requirements.

Buy now, pay later

If installment options (such as Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay Later) are available at checkout, they are provided and managed by the respective third-party provider, subject to their terms, approval, and eligibility. PIKA is not the lender and is not responsible for these financing agreements.

Payment security tips

Please make sure your billing information matches your card details to avoid delays. If your payment is declined, check with your bank or try an alternate method. If you believe your payment was charged in error, contact us right away.
