These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from pikaescooters.com, operated by PIKA Escooters (DAHA Groups Limited). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from PIKA. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it has been confirmed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. Accepted methods are listed on our Payment Methods page. Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Product accuracy and specifications
We work hard to describe our products honestly and accurately. Performance figures such as top speed, range, and charge time are estimates based on typical conditions and will vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, and riding style.
Where a product is described as a "30 mph" or "30 mph-class" scooter, this refers to the product category. The actual top speed is approximately 29 mph (GPS-verified) for an average rider on level ground. We publish the real number rather than a rounded one. Colors and images may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Return & Refund Policy, and product defects by our Warranty — each of which forms part of these Terms of Sale.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your shipping address.
Cancellations
Because orders are processed within 0–1 business day, contact us as soon as possible to cancel. Orders that have already shipped are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIKA's total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
