Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at PIKA. By ordering from pikaescooters.com, you agree to the terms below.

Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Requests made after 15 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return.

Unused scooters — no restocking fee

If your scooter is unused and returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts), you will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.

Used scooters

A scooter that has been ridden or used cannot be returned for a standard refund. If a used scooter is sent back, it will be inspected on arrival, and any refund — if offered at our discretion — will be reduced by a restocking fee calculated after inspection based on the condition and level of use. In some cases, a used scooter may not qualify for any refund.

For this reason, we recommend inspecting your scooter thoroughly before your first ride. If anything looks wrong out of the box, contact us before using it.

Defective or damaged scooters

If your scooter arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged, you are covered. Contact us within the return window with photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no return-shipping cost to you. (For issues that appear later, see our Warranty.)

Return shipping costs

For standard returns (change of mind, unwanted item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or damaged items, PIKA covers return shipping.

How to start a return

Email info@pikaescooters.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship anything back before you receive a return authorization and instructions from us — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping is free, so no shipping charge is refunded or deducted on unused returns. Any applicable restocking fee for used items will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable situations

The following are not eligible for a standard refund:

  • Returns requested more than 15 days after delivery
  • Used or ridden scooters (except for defect or damage claims)
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or parts
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery

Cancellations

Because we process orders within 0–1 business day, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order has already shipped, it will be handled as a standard return once delivered.
