Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PIKA. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship the PIKA Zero 9 and related products. By placing an order on pikaescooters.com, you agree to the terms below.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

We are unable to ship to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • P.O. boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses
  • U.S. territories outside the continental United States
  • Any address outside the United States

If you place an order to an address we cannot ship to, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or to cancel and refund the order.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. There are no hidden handling or freight fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Please note that total delivery time = processing time (0–1 business day) + transit time (3–5 business days). Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Carriers

We ship using FedEx and UPS. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the size of the item.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@pikaescooters.com.

Delivery issues

Incorrect address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days and we will help you open a claim with the carrier. PIKA is not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do everything we can to assist.

Damaged in transit. If your item arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pikaescooters.com. Damage claims reported after this window may not be eligible for a free replacement. (For manufacturing defects, see our Warranty.)
